For families, student groups and young professionals…
Single Let Properties – We generally work 8 weeks in advance of a property coming available and list directly on to Rightmove, Zoopla, Primelocation and all major property portals. All of our single let properties are currently FULLY LET, so if you are actively looking we would suggest regularly checking the above named portals.
Student Group (HMO) Properties – Every year we list our student lets the 1st week of November for the following year. We have some stunning properties available for 2025 – 2026, check them out on UniHomes:
Professional (Rooms in Shared Houses) Properties – We generally work 4-6 weeks in advance for our professional house shares. Please click on the ‘View Available Rooms’ butting below to go through to our dedicated spareroom.co.uk page. If there are no current listings then unfortunately we have no availability.

To secure a property you will be required to pay your Deposit. This is one months rent and is held by the Deposit Protection Service
Rent is paid on the 1st of the month by Standing Order. If you move in mid month you will be required to pay a pro-rata amount to cove the rest of that month, due 48hrs before moving in
All contracts are 6 month ASTs, with the option to resign at month 5
There is not the option to go onto a rolling contract, but there are always options to leave mid contract should you need to do so
