AM Living is a hybrid letting agency and property management company in Norwich, with our main office by Norwich Train Station combined with a ‘work from home’ remote team. We offer lettings and management for all residential properties, from family-lets to multi-let, student and professional HMO properties.
We manage our landlords properties exactly how we as landlords would want them to be run. We take care of compliance, checks, audits and full tenant management.
Rent Collection Only management fee are 4% per calendar month on rent
Single Let management fees are 8% per calendar month on rent
Student HMO management fees are 10% per calendar month on rent
Professional HMO management fees are 12% per calendar month on rent
Our tenant find service is 50% of the 1st months rent for managed properties and 1 full months rent for unmanaged properties
We charge a 20% of total costs fee for any bills or maintenance we solely manage on behalf of the landlord.
VAT is applicable to our fees from 04.04.2022
