AM Living is a hybrid letting agency and property management company in Norwich. We offer management for all residential properties, however we specialise in multi-let, student and HMO properties.

We manage our landlords properties so that it is hassle-free for the landlord. We take care of compliance, checks, audits and tenant management.

Simple cost effective pricing

Single Let management fees are 8% per calendar month on rent

Student HMO management fees are 10% per calendar month on rent

Professional HMO management fees are 12% per calendar month on rent

Our tenant find service is 50% of the 1st months rent

We charge a 20% of total costs fee for any bills or maintenance we solely manage on behalf of the landlord.

VAT is applicable to our fees from 04.04.2022
